The church is being used from 4-6pm on the 2^nd Thursday of each month for a Teenage Parent Mentoring Group conducted through Public Health.

Discussion was held regarding the proposals for elevators.

Proposals were received for landscaping.

A meeting with the parish will be held to discuss the options for future expenses at the church.

The ECW is willing to donate toward the landscaping project.

Son’s Appliance repaired the oven.

A freezer will be donated by Dennis Tuel, Sr.

The Salvation Army Covenant Policy was reviewed and approved. The church will now work with the Salvation Army for requests for needs from community members.

May Day event was a success. 72 May baskets were assembled and delivered.

The Fellowship/Outreach/Evangelism meeting presented ideas for approval: Speakers & Music offered each month, a block party to be held July 28^th, Chili feed and hay ride on Oct. 2^nd, the ice cream sundaes on the lawn on June 13. All were approved.

Carrie presented information from a meeting that she & Cheryl attended which was held at Gethsemane in Fargo regarding church growth.

Members of the Vestry were encouraged to attend the meeting with Bishop Prior on June 12^th in DL.

Karen will check into blinds for the Rector and Secretary offices.

A Safe Church meeting will be set up for late summer or early fall. It will be open to all in Region 1.

The church use agreement was approved.
